We got not one, but two games fresh from the Cold Room, to announce this week. The first is Little League World Series 2022, which came out in August, and second is Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway, both published by GameMill Entertainment. Things are getting crowded in the Cold Room as we welcome new writers to the fold! Head to our new Writers page and get to know Bret Nelson and Mark Miller. They’re just the first of a new “Writers Bullpen” forming here at Cold Room to be able expand what we can do for our clients, both in games and other media.

Hoo boy! Cold Room is burning up Gamescom with THREE newly announced projects. If you’re at the show check out Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game, developed by Teravision Games, and to be published by Good Shepherd Games. Then head to the ByteDance booth for NuVerse’s Earth: Revival. Finally, Techland’s first story DLC for Dying Light 2, Bloody Ties, is on its way! I’m a little late to my own party but this has been a BUSY year already. Cold Room has moved east and now is in the somewhat-colder-than-socal Asheville, NC. We also saw the release (finally!) of Dying Light 2 in March, for which you’ll find not only dialogue but songs and, yes, raps fresh from the Cold Room! There are already two other projects in the can (watch this space!!) as well as an update to an already-released game coming soon, plus at least 3 (count’em! 3!) full games to be released by the end of the year. And more beyond! See ya soon!
